Hi!  I’m Laurel and I am a wife and mother of three.  Both myself and my little girl suffer from rather severe acid reflux.  As you may know, acid reflux medication can be expensive and can even have side effects.  But there’s nothing worse for a mother than to wake up to a child crying by her bed in pain from her acid reflux.

Needless to say, I needed to find a real solution.  You could take medication but that just wasn’t a long term answer.  I looked all over, talked to our family doctor, and then found a long term solution to our acid reflux that didn’t involve medicine.
